Yesterday, I enforced a boundary.

I didn't have a conversation about it. I just did it. For myself.

Someone wanted to book a meeting with me on a day that I'd set aside as a no-call day.

I could feel the temptation to say yes because it would be easier for them.

But I didn't. I held firm, and suggested another date.

Because I'm an introvert, and my mid-week respite from calls matters.

Energy management is crucial for introverts. It's pretty helpful if you're neurodivergent or frazzled by the "always-on" culture, too.

But sometimes it's hard to set those boundaries. Especially since we live in a world where the Davids and Jeremys push constant presence as a signal of success.

There are other ways, and I've proved that myself.

That's why I've spent the last few months creating the RECHARGE method for introverts wanting impact without exhaustion. That's launching early in 2026.
