Celebrating Recognition
Named to the 5th Edition Restorative People Leaders Watchlist
Hello friends,
I'm honoured (and slightly overcome) to share that I've been named to the Intersectional Innovations 5th Edition Restorative People Leaders Watchlist, which launched on September 30th, 2025. This year's theme, "Courageous Imagination and Resistance in Times of Rapid Change," reflects the kind of leadership our world desperately needs right now.

Let me be clear about what this means: The Watchlist recognises leaders who understand that restoration isn't about returning to what was. It's about creating what must be. It celebrates those of us committed to restorative leadership practices—creating environments where communities and teams can thrive while addressing complex challenges with both courage and compassion.

In my interview, I shared perspectives on resilience, intersectional awareness, developmental leadership, and the legacy I hope to create through my work in anti-racism and community building. This recognition deepens my commitment to empathetic leadership that moves us to action. But more than that, it reminds me why this work matters.
Here's what I'm asking of you: Explore the stories of all honourees - the Watchlist is now live. These are the leaders who are building the future we need, one courageous decision at a time. These are the people doing the work, right now, when it matters most.
Thank you for your continued support on this journey of transformation.
